At about 30 minutes from TITUÉ is Bogota, the capital of Colombia, where you can enjoy places of touristic, historical and gastronomic interest. And just 10 minutes away is the town of La Calera, whose name is derived from caliza (limestone) mines.
The gastronomic specialities of La Calera include arepa roasted on a stone, accompanied by agua panela (sugarcane drink) and country cheese.
Tradional games of the local indigenous communities, such as El Tejo and La Rana, are still preserved.
You can also go fishing, paragliding, observe hummingbirds and other birds, and hold your breath at the stunning landscapes.
